New in: build your own body kit

A few days ago my boyfriend and I decided it was time to take this whole “strong, healthy body” thing seriously. We’re almost 30, so it’s either do something now or face the (negative) consequences later. Especially for me, it’s important to be strong enough to support all the extra weight in my breasts.

With that in mind, he went online and did a little shopping for what I like to think of as a “build your own body kit”; new, healthier and better food, and exercise equipment. 😉

    Is there any specific back excercices u do to keep your back healthy? I also have quite large breasts, and get in pain quite often. Every tips would make me happy.
