It’s time for the good, old “new year, new me” bullshit. Only this time, it won’t be bullshit at all. This year I’m actually going to change and become a healthier, nicer, more active and overall better person than I was last year. Or so I hope. So far, these are my plans:
.♥ Eat more fruit and vegetables. Eat less sugar and salt.
.♥ Exercise more, sleep less.
.♥ Drink more water.
.♥ Start sending thank you notes – in the mail! – to people. I know it’s not a common thing to do anymore, but I’d like to make a habit of it. Receiving a cute little card with “thank you for my birthday present” or whatever just seems more genuine than a text message on Facebook. I think people will appreciate it a lot more. I know I would.
.♥ Celebrate more. I’ve been so lazy these past few years. Did you know that during the Christmas of 2018, I didn’t even bother to decorate the three? I had it up, of course, but my lazy ass didn’t bother decorating it. Well, this year it’s all gonna change. I’m gonna make an effort, and I’m going to celebrate every holiday or special occasion. Speaking of which, Valentine’s Day’s coming up in just about a month. Better start planning! 😉
.♥ Do all the things I’ve been thinking that I should do, but haven’t done.
